By way of amendment, the respondents/defendants have not changed the basic feature of the WS nor pleaded a new case save and except explaining that after procurement of document, they have learnt that Dewaki Mahto had executed saledeed on 10.11.1951 in favour of Binda Sah ancestor of defendants relating to C.S.P. No. 3053 and 2611 out of which during revisional survey R.S.P. No. 3908 and 3909 have been carved out. Petition is rejected.
