JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused are said to have assaulted the informant by means of Farsa. The injury report of the informant goes to show that altogether eight injuries were found on the person of the informant and out of them, near about four injuries were incised wounds. The cumulative effect of the injuries goes to show that the aforesaid injuries might have caused danger to the life of the informant. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.05.2016 and, therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S.Case No. 195 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38525 of 2016 (3) dt.11-11-2016 2/2 rejected, at least, at this stage.
