JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for State. The petitioner, who is in custody since 08.05.2020, seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020 dated 11.02.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person. One of the accused persons of this case has already been granted bail.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
