Petitioners are an accused in connection with Excise Case No. 1921 of 2019 arising out of Ara Town Police Station Case No. 483 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 25 (1-b) a, 35, 36 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 13.03.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
