JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) That, by this writ application the petitioner prays for direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land situated at Kausal Nagar, allotted for construction "Indra Aawash Yojna" so that the land can be utilised for construction of houses for backward categories persons for which the funds has been released by the Government.
(ii) That the petitioner also prays for direction upon the respondents to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2192 of 2004(18) dt.13-02-2023 3/3 construct and allot the Indra Aawash house to the petitioner as the petitioner has already been selected for allotment of such house as back as 29.08.1997.
(iii) That the petitioner also prays for any other relief or reliefs to which the Hon'ble Court find the petitioner fit and proper."
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent Government authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
