Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and made an attempt to ravish her.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the accusation has been levelled. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42984 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. With this observation this application is disposed of.
