While petitioner was carrying ten litres of countrymade wine, apprehended and on account thereof, is under custody since 25.09.2016. Furthermore, from para-3 of the petition it is evident that petitioner does not bear criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Lachho Uraon is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.367/2016.
