JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was lodged against unknown person for theft of auto of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been transpired during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Kundan and Ajmal. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
