No. 156 of 2010 arising out of Pauthu P.S. Case No. 01 of 2007.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner places reliance on the judgment reported in 2007(1) PLJR 216 in the case of Sanjan Sharma vs. The state of Bihar.

Considering that it was for good reasons such a prayer was allowed and the decision is not applicable in the facts of the case I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application is dismissed.
