Petitioner is said to have obtained land receipt and other documents after taking Karmchari in collusion, which is not genuine and is also said to have used those documents in title suit which was dismissed, against which he filed Title Appeal No. 246/2014, which is pending in the court of learned District Judge, Saharsa.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43088 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 order in the court below and no coercive steps be taken against him in connection with Complaint Case No. 1355C of 2014 until disposal of the aforesaid title appeal, but once the appeal is dismissed, he must vacate the lands in question, otherwise the court below should proceed against him.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
