Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.02.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
