ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 08.03.2013 by which the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Cr. Rev. No. 149 of 2012 has upheld the order dated 04.02.2012 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Miscellaneous Case No. 75 of 2011. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of its order.
