A Sumo vehicle being duly escorted was intercepted and on search, wine in huge quantity were recovered. So far petitioner is concerned, it has been alleged that he was proceeding ahead of Sumo vehicle over a motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from his possession nor from motorcycle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 05.10.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ramashankar Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
