2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 6, vide order dated 03.02.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 2710 of 2022, arising out of Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Nawada.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
