JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury to the informant by sharp cutting weapon.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the FIR, the occurrence is of 23.07.2014 at 4 PM whereas the date and time of examination of the injured is also 23.07.2014 at 4 PM when the distance between place of occurrence and D.M.C.H., Darbhanga is about seventy kilometers. The injury has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

No.51735 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S.
