Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-b)a, 25, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation of theft and, therefore, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ekangar Sarai P.S. Case no. 10/2016 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
