Mr.Renuka Ratnakar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed this petition for restoration of Cr.Misc.No.70104 of 2018, which was dismissed for default due to non-prosecution.
It appears from perusal of record that the learned counsel for the petitioner had not appeared on several dates and consequently Cr.Misc.No.70104 of 2018 was dismissed due to non-prosecution.
Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to restore Cr.Misc.No.70104 of 2018 as the petitioner has got liberty to file a fresh petition for bail.
Accordingly, this restoration petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
