JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner no.1 being the elder brother of the husband of the victim and petitioner no.2 being the wife of petitioner no.1 are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498a and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about 15 years of the marriage by administering poison.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and the postmortem report reflects no external injury and the viscera has been preserved. The petitioners claim to be separated from the husband of the victim since long.

No.44423 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
