The victim stated in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C that she had gone to the house of the petitioner by her own sweet will and, after that, she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. Though, subsequently, she states that petitioner solemnized the marriage with her by playing fraud. The victim appears to be minor but taking note of the aforesaid statement of victim as well as this aspect of the matter that except the allegation of solemnization of marriage the victim does not make any complaint against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
