Patna High Court CWJC No.2025 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent Nos.11 to 14 to take suitable action according to law to restore the possession of the petitioners over the land in question described in para no.4 and a further direction to the learned court below to expedite the Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.510 of 2005, Trial No.3186/13 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1" Class, Hajipur, according to law or may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
