Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365/376/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. Considering the reasons mentioned in the order dated 20.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21929 of 2021, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
