The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 471/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is lady.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with six accused persons and two unknown persons were seen by the informant running away from the place of occurrence. It is further alleged that they had caused firearm injury to the father of informant, who died on the spot. From the written report itself, it appears that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71996 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 no allegation of specific overt act against this petitioner although father of informant had sustained 4-5 firearm injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 471/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
