The petitioners have been granted provisional bail vide order dated 27.08.2020. In today's hearing though learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners but at the same time, learned counsel has accepted at the Bar that so far as these two petitioners are concerned, they happened to be the uncle and aunt of the complainant and that there are materials on the record that the complainant had herself submitted a written complaint in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22128 of 2020(4) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 Khizersarai police station on 18.07.2015 (wrongly typed as 20.07.2015 at page 2 of the order dated 27.08.2020) in which she has stated that she had gone with Rahul Kumar who is devar of the second sister of the complainant, there being no materials brought to the notice of this Court, this Court confirms the provisional bail granted to the petitioners and directs that the petitioners shall be allowed to remain on bail on the previous bail bonds.
