ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 19.03.2013 by which the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Buxar has rejected the prayer of the Petitioner for further crossexamination in S.Tr. No. 30 of 2011 arising out of Brahmapur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2010.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application is dismissed.
