The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 dated 07.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the FIR that on secret information that some persons have assembled for committing a crime, a raid was conducted in which two persons were arrested viz. Ranjan Kumar and Mithilesh Kumar. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the arrested accused persons.

The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 10.02.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25931 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and the fact that one of the coaccused person of this case has already been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd (West Muzaffarpur) in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019.
