2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions for setting aside the order dated 23.11.2024 passed by the respondent no. 4 in Mutation Revision Case No. 1 of 2024-25 whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 4 has upheld the order passed by the respondent no. 6 in
Patna High Court CWJC No.5601 of 2026(2) dt.28-04-2026 2/2 Mutation Appeal Case No. 86/2021-22 and also for setting aside the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the respondent no. 6 in Mutation Appeal Case No. 86/2021-22 and or issuance of any other consequential writ or writs not to act in compliance of the said impugned order till the disposal of this writ application and or any other writ or writs under the facts and circumstance of the case.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
