The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The parties have settled their dispute out side the Court as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.
This is a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

No.5260 of 2017 (3) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Kankarbagh Police Station Case No. 669 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 7190 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
