The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.91 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 23.02.2022, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.
