2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P.Act, in connection with Complaint Case 414 (C)/2024.

3. The matter originates from the matrimonial discord.

4. For the purpose of negotiating peace with the warring couple to save their marriage, earlier the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the learned Mediator dated 15.12.2025 at Flag-M shows that the process of mediation could not throw up fruitful result and thus the mediation failed.

5. The learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the petitioner and other accused persons have

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner tried his level best to bury the differences, but on account of obduracy of the complainant, the dispute could not be settled.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case 414 (C)/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 3000/- each (Rupees three thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance to o.p.no.2.
