That this writ application is being filed for issuance of direction to the Respondents for making payment of 3rd MACP to the petitioner which benefit is given to employee after completion of 30 years of service from the date of appointment as the petitioner appointed on the post of constable vide dated 09.03.1987 and his 30 years tenure is completed on 09.03.2017 but even after retirement date 31.08.2021 from the post of ASI no such benefit was given to petitioner." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director
