That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner to issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding thus directing thereby to the Respondent(s) concerned to grant him benefits of his due time bound promotion, 1st as well as Second Time Bound Promotion with due date thus revise his pay scale accordingly henceforth his pension be also revised as per his last payment of salary thus thereafter all the consequential benefits as arrear of salary and arrear of pension be paid to him with statutory as well as the penal interest and/or grant any other equitable relief/reliefs befitting in the facts and

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
