JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner was disclosed in the confessional statement of co-accused Deepak Kumar, who was caught on the spot. Having more or less similar allegation one coaccused namely, Deepak Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016.
