The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1141 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that she purchased a piece of land and filed petition for mutation. Her name was mutated. The complainant approached the petitioner for receipts, but the petitioner is said to have made an attempt to outrage her modesty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant filed petition for mutation and the application was twice dismissed that is why the complainant filed this case only to put pressure. The petitioner is a Revenue Karamachari.

No.12682 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 1141 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
