Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections .420, 406, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of E.C. Act, Section 3 of the Petrolium Act, Section 3 of the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel and Section 3 of the Black Marketing Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21718 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of SDJM, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020.

Considering the pandemic and the fact that the Courts are running through Video Conferencing (VC), the defects are ignored for the present.
