JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondent no. 2 to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner- institution for the purposes of obtaining affiliation from the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga pertaining to Bachelor Degree Courses in various subjects.
Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner herein, I direct the petitioner to approach the Director, Higher Education, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2 by filing an appropriate representation along with the letter of the University dated 10.01.2019, within a period of one week
Patna High Court CWJC No.8160 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 from today, whereupon the respondent no. 2 shall take a final decision with regard to grant of No Objection Certificate, either way, within a period of one week thereafter.
The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
