JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Informant. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is also present.

The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 registered for the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33439 of 2021(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/325/326/ 307/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the assailants of the deceased. The other accused persons armed with various deadly weapons have assaulted the deceased which resulted in the death of one person who sustained grievous injuries.

However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
