Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and F.I.R. named accused as well as four unknown persons are said to have taken away the deceased, whose dead body was found later on. At para-114 of the case diary, one witness claimed that he had seen F.I.R. named accused, Vinod Singh, Vipin Singh, Randhir Singh, Rajesh Singh, Sushil Singh, Shankar Singh and four unknown persons assaulting a person. The aforesaid witness has not named the petitioner. The investigation

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016.
