JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention ) Act, 1956.

Allegation against the petitioner is of running the flesh trade.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 12.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62701 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been in judicial custody for last fifteen months and other similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72717 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 dated 10.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15004 of 2018 and there is no substantial progress in trial as uptil now only one witness has been examined.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Patna, in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
