JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 307, 323, 379of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he fired shot but it did not hit the informant.

It has been submitted that a counter case has also been filed by one of the co-accused namely Akhilesh Kumar, against the informant and others. It has further been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
