ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2018 in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than one year and he has no criminal antecedents. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is willing to face trial and shall also co-operate in the trial, if enlarged on bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner,
