JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-384, 387, 414 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act as also, Sections3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. Five kgs. Ammonium Nitrate and six electronic detonators were recovered from house of the petitioner. The petitioner does have criminal antecedent of some cases. Therefore, considering the nature of recovery as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46571 of 2016 (4) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 816 of 2016 stands rejected.
