JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 11/13, registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 342, 379, 354, 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that earlier the petitioner was on police bail and since now the cognizance has been taking against him, he has moved for anticipatory bail before this Court.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the allegations, let petitioner surrenders before the Court below, and the Court below after considering the materials available on record and also after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6275 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier on police bail, shall pass an appropriate order, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
