The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.280 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
