The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Obra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 instituted for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner alongwith other accused abused the nephew of the informant. Thereafter, the other accused persons assaulted the informant. From the written report, it is apparent that there is land dispute between the parties and both are agnates. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9311 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 from today, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate Daudnagar, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
