The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. During investigation also no one has mentioned about the complicity of this petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. There is no injury. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.4138 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
