During pendency of the present M.J.C., the Staterespondent have approached the Apex Court and obtained interim order on 08.05.2023 against the order passed in L.P.A. No. 1344 of 2018 dated 28.02.2023.

In the light of these developments, the present M.J.C. stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh M.J.C. in the event of dismissal of State appeal before the Apex Court.
