The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(i)(2)(e)/04 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, 1984. According to the prosecution allegation, it appears that the husband of the petitioner was apprehended and thereafter the petitioner along with her villagers made a protest. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. One Sanjay Ram, who is also named in the F.I.R., has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2292/2015. Considering the fact that similarly situated coaccused has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail and the

No.6772 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 487/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
