The petitioner seeks bail in K Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that one automatic country made pistol loaded with two cartridges and one empty magazine have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
