The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 POCSO Act and 66E and 67B of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to village politics and previous enmity. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that the victim is aged about 16-17 years and there is no sign of rape. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Case No. 42 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
