By an application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report in Vigilance P.S.Case No. 39 of 2013 dated 17.07.2013 registered under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 7, 10, 13(2), 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The allegations made in the First Information Report

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2 of 2015 dt.04-08-2015 2/2 do constitute a cognizable offence.
